1. SERVICES
BlackSuvATL provides luxury transportation services including airport transfers, corporate travel, special events, and point-to-point rides across Atlanta and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2. BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
- Reservations can be made online, by phone, or email
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email or text
- Changes to reservations must be made at least 6 hours before pickup
- We recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance for guaranteed availability
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are in USD and based on distance, time, and vehicle type
- Payment is due at booking or upon service completion
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash (with prior arrangement)
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, excessive wait time, or route changes
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
- 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
- 12-24 hours before pickup: 50% charge
- Less than 12 hours before pickup: 100% charge
- No-shows: 100% charge
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. WAIT TIME & NO-SHOWS
Complimentary Wait Time:
- Airport pickups: 30 minutes from flight landing
- All other pickups: 15 minutes from scheduled time
- Excessive wait time: $2 per minute after complimentary period
- Maximum wait time: 60 minutes, after which service may be cancelled as a no-show
6. PASSENGER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time and location
- Provide accurate pickup/drop-off addresses and flight information
- Treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect
- Not smoke, vape, or engage in illegal activities in the vehicle
- Secure your personal belongings
- Pay all charges in full and on time
7. LUGGAGE & LOST ITEMS
- Standard luggage allowance varies by vehicle type
- Inform us in advance if you have excessive luggage
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten items
- Lost items not claimed within 30 days will be donated or disposed of
8. LIABILITY
- All vehicles are fully insured and chauffeurs are licensed and background-checked
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control
- We are not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times
9. ALCOHOL & MINORS
- Alcohol consumption is permitted for passengers 21+ years old
- Passengers must provide their own beverages
- Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or have parental consent
- Car seats must be used for children as required by law
10. DISPUTES
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, where permitted by law.
12. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
